Seamless, One-Step Packaging Workflow

Products (up to 430 × 350 × 380 mm) are loaded into the BZJ-6040AF sealer, which clamps, cuts, and seals three sides of shrink film in under 3 seconds. Immediately afterward, packages are carried on the same belt into the BS-6050 tunnel (interior: 1800 × 600 × 500 mm), where 24 kW of PID-controlled infrared heat uniformly shrinks the film around bottles, cartons, or multipacks. The result is a tightly wrapped bundle with minimal distortion—every single cycle.
