The FZL-100 is a fully automatic vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) machine designed for packaging powders, granules, and other dry, non-sticky solid products.

It automatically forms sachets from packaging film, fills each bag with the correct amount of product, and seals it in one smooth process.It accepts heat-sealable roll film (Nylon, PE , aluminum foil, filter paper, etc.)

With a filling range of 1–100g and a precision of ±0.3g, it ensures accurate and consistent filling every time. The FZL-100 can produce 12–25 bags per minute.

The machine supports 3-side sealing and accommodates bag sizes up to 80mm in width and 150mm in length. Its user-friendly interface and durable construction make it a reliable choice for businesses aiming to enhance their packaging efficiency.
