Overview
The QGF-120 Automatic 5-Gallon Water Filling Machine is a compact, three-in-one solution that automatically rinses, fills, and caps 19-litre/5-gallon water barrels. Built with hygienic SUS304 stainless steel, it delivers a production capacity of 100–120 barrels per hour, making it suitable for start-up and growing dispenser-water production businesses.
The machine automates the key final stages of 5-gallon water packaging: it rinses compatible barrels, fills them with treated drinking water, and applies caps for secure handling and distribution. For a complete production setup, the QGF-120 should be used with Water Treatment Sytems to produce safe, treated water before filling. Businesses using returnable barrels may also require a Decapper and Brusher for removing old caps and cleaning the outside of returned bottles.
