Overview
The QGF-900 Double-Deck Nylon Bag Making Machine is an automatic production machine for manufacturing HDPE and LDPE polyethylene bags, commonly called nylon bags in Nigeria. It is designed to perform film feeding, bag forming, hot sealing and cutting for commercial production of shopping bags and general packaging bags.
The QGF-900 is built for nylon bag producers who need more output than a standard single-deck machine can provide. Its double-deck production configuration helps manufacturers process more bags within the same production space, making it a practical choice for wholesalers, packaging suppliers and businesses handling regular retail-bag orders. The machine can be positioned as part of a nylon-bag production line, while handle punching—where required—is completed using a separate nylon bag punching machine.
Note: The QGF-900 performs automatic nylon bag making, sealing and cutting. For T-shirt or vest bags requiring handles, a separate pneumatic or hydraulic nylon bag handle-punching machine is required.
