Overview
HC-LQ1000X4 Double Layer 4 Lines Nylon Bag Making Machine is a high-output automatic machine for producing nylon and polythene bags from HDPE and LDPE film. It uses double-layer film feeding and four-line heat-sealing/cold-cutting technology to produce multiple bags simultaneously, improving production capacity and reducing manual labour.
The machine can produce two wider bags of up to 1,000 mm or four smaller bags of up to 400 mm, with adjustable bag lengths from 200 mm to 1,000 mm. It is suitable for flat bags, packaging bags, shopping bags, waste bags and other bottom-sealed polyethylene bags.
With servo motor control, touchscreen operation, photocell registration for printed film, temperature-controlled sealing and precision cutting, the HC-LQ1000X4 is an efficient solution for nylon bag manufacturers, packaging companies and plastic-conversion businesses in Nigeria. Its published rating is 50–150 bags per minute per line, subject to bag size, film thickness and production conditions.
